DFW Vulture Fund
BVC has successfully completed its first single-family investment fund to take advantage of the current housing crisis and the abundance of foreclosed properties. The fund targets foreclosures in the DFW area. We are currently working on an identical fund.
Marcellus Shale
BVC currently owns land and is acquiring additional land and mineral rights throughout the Marcellus Shale gas formation in New York, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. BVC is offering a few investment options.
