The most important decision after closing is to decide how you will manage your investment. Often times it makes sense to manage it yourself if you live in the area and enjoy interacting with tenants. However, most investors usually decide to hire professonal management. BVC currently manages several of the properties we sell. Most of our clients use our management services because they are satisfied with us throughout the purchasing process. We will never misrepresent a property we are selling. When you use our management services we will do everything we can to hold ourselves accountable in getting you the highest rents. Often times, depending on the property and owner, we will guarantee a low vacancy rate and rental amounts if we manage the property for you.

We manage over 100 properties in the DFW area, which allows us strong economies of scale and efficiencies. We have our own maintenance staff that can handle almost all repairs at much cheaper rates than hiring traditional repair companies or handymen.
