Blake Venture Corp manages and invests in all types of commercial and residential real estate and land. Our affiliated companies and partnerships own and manage vacant land, single-family, multi-family, office, and retail properties. We focus in specific target markets where we feel we can obtain a unique competitive advantage.

Our single family properties are primarily acquired and managed through Atlas Properties.

Commercial Real Estate Services

Syndication
As full service real estate advisors, Blake Venture Corp can arrange and manage real estate investment syndications on behalf of investors. In a syndication, much like a real estate investment trust (REIT), multiple investors are brought together to purchase investment real estate to diversify risk and gain higher return from higher quality buildings. The syndication process requires a combination of: access to investors, management services, and a significant amount of paperwork. Blake Venture Corp can fulfill all these tasks. We are currently syndicating various funds to acquire bulk REO packages and distressed debt.

Property Management
At Blake Venture Corp we are property owners as well as managers. We manage each property as if it is our own. From keeping a close eye on a building's condition to nurturing a good relationship with tenants, we will look after your property with dedication. We treat every property individually with the extra attention that an owner would provide.

Blake Venture Corp offers a full line of services to the client covering the life cycle of a property from evaluation through acquisition, renovation, financing, operation and disposition.

Once we have been given a property management assignment, we supervise the on-site personnel and/or vendors. Our staff will perform regular property inspections to assess the property condition and if appropriate, make recommendations to improve the condition, reliability or efficiency of property components, and systems. We believe that a high standard of maintenance and preventive maintenance enhances the long-term value of the property.

Our property management / accounting software allows us to provide clients with real-time, up-to-date reports on: vacancy, lease expiration, rent roll, rent increases, delinquency, receivables, payables, budgeting, and income/ expense reports. We deliver accurate, timely reports so our clients are always informed.
